Coming Fall 2026: The Fir Haven Nordic Spa
Tucked beneath the trees just minutes from downtown Prince George, the Fir Haven Forest Nordic Spa is being thoughtfully designed as a boutique outdoor wellness experience for both locals and travelers.
Rooted in the restorative rhythm of heat, cold, and rest, each session will guide guests through a 1 hour 45 minute Nordic cycle—moving between a traditional wood-fired sauna, invigorating cold plunge, and quiet fireside relaxation in the forest.
Intentionally small in scale, each session will be limited to a maximum of 12 guests, creating a calm, personal atmosphere that allows you to fully unwind and reconnect.
Whether you’re visiting Fir Haven for a stay, planning a weekend getaway in Prince George, or simply looking for a local wellness experience, the Nordic Spa will be available as both an add-on to your stay or a standalone booking.
Open five days a week, this will be a place to slow down, reset, and experience the balance of nature, warmth, and stillness—right here in Northern BC.
